Meet Heats House

Heats House is co-owned and operated by husband and wife team, Justin Holden and Jodie Holland Holden.

Justin is the creative force as the Pitmaster of Heats House. He brings his meticulous attention to detail, love of food, and celebration of various cultures to the experience. He is completely self-taught, spending years honing his skills to bring the soul of Heats House to life.

Jodie spent years in the hospitality industry from front of the house to operations management in Austin, as well as, working for a chef and restaurant group in New York City. She brings her skills and operations experience to Heats House, along with creative, collaborative menu planning.

They have been married for 9 years and split their time between Austin and Lockhart.
